SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Police in San Francisco are reopening streets Wednesday evening after an incident involving a domestic violence suspect barricaded inside a home was resolved.

The shelter-in-place order was issued on Capistrano Avenue and Santa Rosa Avenue.
