USGS reports 3.0-magnitude quake near Rohnert Park

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. -- A 3.0-magnitude earthquake was reported in Sonoma County this afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake was reported at 12:53 p.m. and was centered in a mountainous area 6 kilometers east-northeast of Rohnert Park, USGS officials said.
