2018 ELECTION RESULTS: Which CA propositions passed, failed
From the gas tax repeal to a permanent Daylight Saving Time, here's a look at which propositions in California passed or failed.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- On Election Day, California voters approved or denied 11 different propositions, which included regulations on dialysis centers, repealing the 2017 gas tax and wider local authority on rent control.

PROP 1: YES
