Lifeguards rescued two others moments later, one of them was in critical condition.

"One of the National Park Service lifeguards stated that when he arrived, one of the victims who was conscious, he was quote-unquote out of breath, flaccid, and saying repeatedly 'I'm going to die' that lifeguard reassured the young man he wasn't going to die," said SF Fire Lt. Jonathan Baxter.

We're told that the young man is okay.

But two others are listed in serious condition at the hospital.
