Man walks dog while driving car in Texas

AUSTIN, Tex. -- A driver was recorded pulling his dog alongside his car while he was behind the wheel.

It happened in Austin, Texas.

Resident Reilly Campbell was at her dad's office when she witnessed the surprising sight.

Campbell captured the video of the incident, saying "so illegal!" as she filmed.

She said as soon as she stopped recording, police pulled the vehicle over.
