OAKLAND, Calif. -- BART has recovered from major delays in all directions after a track issue stopped trains in downtown Oakland early Thursday morning.

A BART dispatcher said that crews are manually cranking switches in the Oakland Wye due to automatic train control issues.

The issue was resolved later in the morning.
