SFPD pursuit of 2 carjacking suspects ends in crash

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A San Francisco police pursuit of a vehicle through the city's Bayview neighborhood ended in a crash and the arrest of two men.

Authorities say the men, who were armed with guns, carjacked carjacked a woman driving a red Jeep Cherokee on the 100 block of Shakespeare Street on Wednesday afternoon.

Police chased the vehicle through the Bayview until it crashed.

The owner of the vehicle is unharmed and one officer, who suffered minor injuries, is expected to be OK as well.
