SPRING GREEN, Wis. (KGO) -- If you need one more reason to never give up your dreams, meet this young lady! At 103, Marie Hunt has finally received her high school diploma.

The Wisconsin woman graduated 87 years after dropping out to take care of her eight brothers and sisters

She says not getting her diploma was the biggest regret of her life.

After learning about her wish, Marie's hospice nurse worked with officials to make her dream come true.

She was given an honorary degree by River Valley High School at her assisted living center.
