Trial setting hearing scheduled for Sierra LaMar's accused killer

MORGAN HILL, Calif. (KGO) -- A man accused of kidnapping and killing Sierra LaMar, 15, is expected be back in court.

A judge will set a trial date for Antolin Garcia-Torres.

Prosecutors say LaMar's DNA was found in Garcia-Torres' car along with evidence that implicates him in two previous attempted kidnapping cases.

LaMar vanished while walking to her school bus stop in Morgan Hill three years ago.

Officials have not been able to find her remains.
