Inauguration Day 2021: Why these Bay Area moms felt it was important to watch ceremony with their kids

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Three Bay Area moms talked to ABC7 News about why they wanted to make sure their kids saw the 2021 Presidential Inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They all had different reasons, but shared a common feeling about the incoming Biden administration: hope. They were hopeful about the new administration and wanted to make sure their kids understood the importance of the day. They also all wanted to make sure their children got to see Kamala Harris sworn in as the first female Vice President.
