'Rufus' has a home - a Perfect Pet success story
There is an update to an ABC7 News Perfect Pet segment.
You might remember Rufus, a one-eyed Chihuahua, who came to ABC7 News from the Humane Society Silicon Valley.
The shelter said that for weeks, no one would even look twice at Rufus. However, right after he was featured ABC7 News' Perfect Pet, a woman in Redwood City came down and adopted him right away.
That woman and her family have renamed him George.
They say he's is very happy and even has a new furry friend, Bodey.
