SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- An extended warranty should get you free repairs, but what if the company keeps stalling on a fix? It happened to a San Francisco man, so Seven On Your Side's Michael Finney stepped in to help.
The fridge was making a soft grinding noise at first, and then it grew louder to the point where it was unbearable.
