7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helps Marin County food truck get road ready

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A Marin County non-profit wanted to bring farm fresh foods to isolated areas so it built a customized farmer's market on wheels. It took years of planning and major funding but when they were ready to roll, they were stopped in their tracks.

The group managed to convince three foundations to fund it, then bought a truck, shipped it overseas, had it custom built, only to find out they could not drive it because of a small detail that is also affecting millions of other Americans.
