Bay Area artist says customs agents went through his phone at SFO

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- How would you like it if someone searched through your phone -- having access to all of your private emails and text messages?

That's exactly what a local Bay Area artist and professor says happened to him when he returned to SFO.

In Feb., U.S. customs and border protection agents pulled Aaron Gach aside at SFO. He'd returned home from an art exhibition in Belgium.
