A crepe is a type of very thin pastry, usually made from wheat flour or buckwheat flour. Crepes can be dressed up with sweet or savory toppings and any number of flavorful fillings.

Recipe:

Crepe Batter
1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1 tbsp. sugar
tsp salt
1 cups whole milk
4 large eggs
3 tbsp. unsalted butter

Savory Crepe:
Cheddar Cheese
Onions

Olives
Bell Peppers
Tomatoes
Avocado
Artichokes
Feta Cheese

Sweet Crepe:
Bananas
Strawberries
Nutella
