Blue Gogo bike-share company delays launch, fails to get city permits for bikes

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A new bike-sharing company Blue Gogo had to push back its launch debut in San Francisco after city officials say they failed to get permits for all of its bikes.

San Francisco officials threatened to impound the bikes if Blue Gogo launched without permits.

The Chinese company says it hopes to have a soft launch later this week, after meeting with the city.
