It started at about 3:30 a.m. Thursday at the 4th and King Street station but police didn't get involved until about 6 a.m.

The disruption forced Caltrain to stop service at the station, setting up a bus bridge to the 22nd Street station.
This was a major delay and inconvenience to passengers.
The man finally came down at about 9 a.m.
Caltrain says the wires near the incident were not electrified.

The station has since re-opened to trains.
