Refund trouble continues for Shoreline Ampitheatre concertgoers after cancellation of Counting Crows, Matchbox 20 concert

A family illness prompted Tears for Fears to postpone Tuesday night's concert with Hall and Oats in San Jose. Last Friday it was Matchbox Twenty with Counting Crows-- canceled because of a collapsed road.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KGO) -- A family illness prompted Tears for Fears to postpone Tuesday night's concert with Hall and Oats in San Jose. Last Friday it was Matchbox Twenty with Counting Crows-- canceled because of a collapsed road.

Matchbox Twenty performs Tuesday night without Counting Crows and some ticket holders say it's not the concert they paid for.
