His body will lie in state in the City Hall rotunda and a memorial service will be held on Sunday.

The memorial begins Friday at 7 am. at City Hall where there will be a condolence book well wishers can sign.

People will be encouraged to keep the line moving so everyone can get through it.
On Sunday, 900 seats will fill the rotunda during the public memorial service which begins at 3 p.m. A standing room only space will be available upstairs on the balcony.
Officials expect a large turnout and recommend people arrive by the time doors open at 2 p.m.

The rotunda is a popular place for weddings and officials said the space will not be available for them on Friday due to the memorial service. However, weddings will still take place in a different room.
They city has not announced who will be speaking or giving the eulogy at this time as details are still being worked out.
For anyone who can't fit into City Hall Sunday, they will provide a live broadcast of the service at the library across civic center plaza.
