From fare increases to schedule changes, here's what could affect your commute come July 1, 2017.

Muni
Starting Saturday, fares on San Francisco's Muni will increase 25 cents (to $2.75) for single-trip rides and up to $3 for monthly passes. Fares for youth and seniors will increase between 10 cents and 25 cents.
Paratransit fares for one-way van rides will also increase 25 cents, to $2.50.
Rates for cable car rides and multiple-day Muni Passports will not change, and those who use their Clipper cards will pay less than the single-ride rate.

AC Transit
For the first time since 2011, AC Transit is raising fare and pass rates, system wide. Local, single rides will increase between 5 and 15 cents.
Cash fares for a single ride will be $2.25, and a Clipper fare will be $2.15.

A 31-day adult local pass will now cost $81, and a 31-day Transbay pass will be upped to $162.

Golden Gate Transit Bus and Ferry
Bus and ferry fares are set to increase between 25 and 50 cents starting July 1.
The one-way adult fare for the Sausalito Ferry will go up 25 cents, and the Tiburon Ferry will go up 50 cents. The new fare rate for both will be $12.
Annual fare increases for all Golden Gate bus and ferries are slated to take place every July 1 over the next four years.
Driving won't spare you from the increases. Starting July 3, the toll for crossing the Golden Gate Bridge will rise 25 cents. FasTrack users will now pay $6.75, and pay-by-license-plate drivers will pay $7.75.

San Francisco Bay Ferry
Fares to ride the San Francisco Bay Ferry will increase between 5 cents to 40 cents, according to the Water Emergency Transportation Authority.
A regular one-way adult fare will cost $6.80 ($5.10 with the Clipper card), and youth/senior rates will cost $3.40.
The adult, cash and clipper fare between Oakland or Alameda to the Ferry Building will increase 15 cents and 5 cents. Service between Alameda's Harbor Bay and the Ferry Building will increase 20 cents.
Ferry service fares between Vallejo and the Ferry Building or Pier 41 will increase 40 cents and 35 cents.
