Pittsburg police located Aguilarelizarrag and his vehicle and detained him.
HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- A teen girl the Alameda County Sheriff's Office says was kidnapped from Hayward has been found safe at the Pleasant Hill BART station Tuesday evening, according to officials.
