He was stuck on a cliff in the Sea Cliff neighborhood for hours overnight screaming for help. Officials say he was about 100 feet down in wet and windy conditions. He was not seriously hurt.
Rescuers say it appears the man may have tried to climb down the cliff when he got stuck.
