7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helps Redwood City couple with iPhone scam

Need advising on your retirement? 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney partnered up with Consumer Reports, and found when it comes to retirement savings, you might assume that the person giving you investment advice is acting in your best interest, but that's not always the case.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- A couple called 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney for help after two iPhone 7's were mysteriously delivered to their home, along with a bill for nearly $4,000.

The Redwood City couple said they never ordered the phones through Sprint.
