Water in Pleasanton rises as Millennium Tower sinks

San Francisco's Millennium Tower may be sinking, but in Pleasanton the water is rising creating hope in the California drought.

PLEASANTON, Calif. (KGO) -- We know from the ground and from space that San Francisco's Millennium Tower is sinking, but another part of the Bay Area is rising. That means good news for people in the East Bay who have been suffering through years of drought.
