RICHMOND, Calif. (KGO) -- Jessica Tucker and Roselyn Artiga were reported missing on Tuesday. Artiga was considered to be "at risk" due to her mother's possible medical issues.
Both mother and daughter have been located. At approximately 8:15 PM, Thursday evening, Hercules Police confirmed the mother and child have been located and both are safe and well.

The Hercules Police thanked the California Highway Patrol's ENTAC Unit for the use of the Endangered Missing Advisory (EMA) and Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) protocols.
Officials said the systems assisted in determining the location of Tucker and Artiga.
