South Bay community comes together for carnival-like National Night Out event

National Night Out drew crowds around the Bay Area for gatherings where communities get together and share ideas to make things safer.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The 34th annual National Night out took place Tuesday night in communities across the country and all over the Bay Area.
