San Jose Police Department said officers responded to reports of the crash at 11:39 a.m. on the 1700 block of Story Road.
Police say the business and surrounding businesses were evacuated as a precaution.
Officers said one person was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver remained at the scene and was said to be cooperating with the investigation.
