Four people were arrested on felony charges, and 19 others were cited for misdemeanors and released.

The Oakland police chief plans to have them destroyed. Officials say the confiscated vehicles are worth at least $200,000.
More than 100 officers from Oakland police, San Francisco police and the California Highway Patrol took part in stopping the sideshow.
Police said the group started in East Oakland, traveled into San Francisco, and then turned back around.

Drone video released by OPD shows traffic on the Bay Bridge come to a standstill for drivers as officers moved in.
One person jumped off the Bay Bridge into the water while trying to escape, and others fled on foot.
