The crimes also included the theft of multiple vehicles used to commit additional offenses, police said on social media.
Also arrested was a 37-year-old Oakland man who was identified as purchasing tools from the suspects on multiple occasions, often immediately following the burglaries, police said.

Arrest and search warrants were executed simultaneously last month by the Concord police SWAT Team with assistance from officers in Antioch, Pittsburg, Central County SWAT and the U.S. Marshals Service, Concord police said.
The names of the juveniles were withheld.
An arrest warrant for Wuillian Cordova-Cubias of Oakland and search warrant for his residence turned up a large quantity of power tools, a stolen ATV, a stolen forklift, an unregistered firearm, and other items with a total value of about $250,000, police said.
Cordova-Cubias was charged Friday with receiving stolen property, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, police said.
The arrests followed a series of vehicle and residential burglaries between late April and June, police said.

Thieves broke into vehicles, typically during the early morning hours, and often opened garages with the remote controls they found in the vehicles, in search of power tools.
Surveillance video captured the suspects in May pointing a firearm at the interior door leading from the garage into a residence. The suspects stole various power tools and, during one burglary, took 14 firearms from a residential garage.
Concord police attempted to stop possible suspects in May and June, but the vehicles escaped. In a separate burglary series, the juveniles fleeing the scene became involved in a collision and eluded officers on foot, police said.
