National Multiple Sclerosis Society
"Bike MS: Waves to Wine"

September 19 & 20
Routes starting in San Francisco and Rohnert Park

All-ability Bike Ride Experience to End Multiple Sclerosis!

Bike MS: Waves to Wine was founded in San Francisco in 1984 by cyclists living with MS and those who love people living with MS. Some of the original cyclists have received disease modifying therapies made possible by research they funded through the National MS Society! The research continues with 28 studies being funded by the National MS Society at Stanford and UCSF.

September 19 and 20, 2026, will mark the 42nd annual ride with a $1,150,000 local fundraising goal. Over 90 corporate and friends and family teams will each fundraise towards this goal with over 9,000 of their donors.

There are two start lines! For the 75- and 102-mile rides, you start in Levi's Plaza San Francisco. For the 23- and 44-mile rides, you start in SOMO Village, Rohnert Park. Everyone meets up for the party at the end in SOMO Village, Rohnert Park.

No bike, no training, no worries! You can rent an electric bike for the 23- and 44-mile routes. Some of our riders ride adaptive tricycles, and we've even had a unicyclist!

You can register for the team for 25% off with code STARTLINE at WavesToWine.org.
