SAN JOSE, Calif. -- An Amtrak train hit and killed a man this morning in San Jose, a spokesman for Union Pacific Railroad said.
The collision occurred at about 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey Road and Skyway Drive, spokesman Justin Jacobs said.

No other injuries were reported. The cause of the collision is under investigation, Jacobs said.
