In all, there are three suspects in the case -- a 36-year-old woman, 38-year-old Sergio Galvez Perez and an unnamed 14-year-old girl, the Sheriff's Office said.
The 36-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and subsequently bailed out of Monterey County Jail.

Galvez Perez is still at large and is wanted on suspicion of incest, lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, lewd acts with a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse and child concealment.
The 14-year-old girl is wanted on suspicion of murder, Sheriff's Office officials said in a news release Monday.
"Child Endangerment Detectives have determined that Sergio Galvez Perez is currently concealing the 14-year-old juvenile and preventing law enforcement from locating her," according to sheriff's officials.
The newborn girl, who investigators are calling "Baby Angelita," was found on the side of the road at about 8:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Struve Road in a rural area of North Monterey County on Aug. 1.
She was declared dead at the scene and a postmortem forensic exam allegedly found that she had signs of traumatic injury, according to the Sheriff's Office.
