BART experiences major delays following service disruptions

Some BART stations are recovering from service disruptions after high winds caused power outages and blew debris on to tracks. Major delays are expected.
SAN FRANCISCO -- Tuesday was a mess for commuters trying to travel along the BART lines due to downed trees on the tracks.
