SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- 7 On Your Side has learned a major national health club chain based in the Bay Area is under investigation following complaints it failed to honor lifetime memberships.
Two Bay Area club members we talked with tell us they were made promises years ago that were kept until very recently. Now, after similar complaints from others, both the Contra Costa and Orange County District Attorney's office want to know what's going on.
