She has been identified as Carol Boisa, 74, of Sacramento County, according to the San Francisco Medical Examiner on Monday.

The recovery was made Saturday near Point Diablo in Marin County.
Boisa was onboard the Volare on July 14 when the boat was hit by a wave, capsized and sunk near Alcatraz.

Authorities said 20 passengers were on the boat who were going to attend a memorial service.
Sixteen people were rescued.
The tragedy claimed the lives of 79-year-old Clifford Boisa and 58-year-old Tondra Madruga. A dog also died in the tragic sinking.

Carol is the sister of Clifford Boisa. The body of Clifford's wife, Jackie, has still been unaccounted for.
