BRISBANE, Calif. (KGO) -- You might pass by the tiny town of Brisbane on your way to San Francisco International Airport on Highway 101. But now the city finds itself the focus of a controversy over a massive commercial development plan that doesn't include housing. A meeting on the project will be held on Thursday night.
