SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- With the slice of a giant, red ribbon Friends of Children With Special Needs opened a new community center Wednesday afternoon in San Jose.

The new 8,000 square-foot South Bay Center will have training facilities and classes for people with special needs.
The facility is located on South Bascom Avenue.
