GILROY, Calif. (KGO) -- Human remains were found on Wednesday in Gilroy, according to the Santa Clara Sheriff's Office.

The remains were discovered south of Gavilan College near Castro Valley Road.
It's unknown if the remains are of a man or a woman. The investigation is ongoing.
