SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Volkswagen diesel owners are now closer to getting things made right after a ruling in a United States District courtroom in San Francisco Tuesday.
A judge has given the preliminary OK to a nearly $15 billion settlement in the emissions scandal. Volkswagen plans to hire up to 300 people people to oversee the claims. Watch the video above for Wayne Freedman's full report.
