Anthony Ramon, 25, of Gilroy, is now suspected of sexually assaulting three 10-year-old girls while working as a camp counselor for the YMCA, according to Morgan Hill police.
The allegations stem from a day camp field trip to the Morgan Hill Aquatic Center.
Police said the children were under Ramon's supervision when he allegedly touched the girls inappropriately while they were in the pool.
Ramon was first arrested July 9. Since then, he has been taken into custody on additional allegations each week as the investigation has expanded.

Following the first accusation and arrest, the parents of two other girls contacted police and reported that Ramon assaulted their daughters on the same day, investigators said.
"When you have an individual who's in a place of trusted trust, whether it's the YMCA or any type of counselor, and they're victimizing young children, that, should be a concern not only for our community, but throughout this entire state," MHPD Capt. Mario Ramirez said.
Authorities said they continue to investigate the case and are encouraging anyone with information or who may have been victimized to contact police.
"Absolutely. There can be more victims. And we are hoping that if there are that they come forward to us so that we can continue to investigate this. If that's the case, we can continue to provide services to those victims and provide the justice to the victims that that were, victimized by this individual," Ramirez said.
Ramon has been employed by the YMCA of Silicon Valley since 2024. The organization placed him on leave after his first arrest and has cooperated with investigators throughout the case, police said.
The YMCA said it remains committed to the safety of children in its care.

Despite the arrests, Ramon is no longer in custody after posting bail, a decision prosecutors opposed.
"Our position at this time is that, of course, this person, who has been accused, accused now by three victims should absolutely be in custody, while these charges are pending. The decision to set bail in these cases, is made by, is made by the bench - it's made by the judiciary," Santa Clara Co. Deputy District Attorney Michel Amaral said.
Ramon is scheduled to be formally arraigned on the charges in September.
Legal analyst Steven Clark said the case could carry significant consequences if additional factors are established.
"This could lead to a life sentence if there's a multiple victim enhancement. When you have a scenario where three people have come forward in a very short period of time, that's something very disturbing to law enforcement and the community," Clark said.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing and are asking any additional potential victims or anyone with information to come forward.
