Crews are working to restore power to 1,500 customers in the neighborhood. According to PG&E's website, more than 4,000 customers are without power right now.

The big rig's air brakes gave out around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, causing it to roll down the hill.
The San Francisco Fire Department ordered a temporary shelter in place but that's been lifted. The gas line was turned off around 9:50 a.m.
Firefighters say the big rig transports cars and was waiting at the top of the hill for a tow truck.
Amazingly, no one was hurt. The area will be shut down for at least four hours for repairs.
