SAN JOSE -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting tonight on Cape Aston Court in San Jose.
Officials found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the motive and circumstances of the killing are not yet known, and they have not identified or located a suspect at this time.
