SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- Patients in the advanced care pediatric unit at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara got a special visitor on Thursday - Spiderman!
The crime-fighting superhero, also known as Ricky Mena, visited with patients to cheer them up, distribute gifts, and offer words of support.

Since October 2014, Mena has worked with hospitals across the United States as well as autism spectrum centers to bring cheer to kids.
