SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Changes are happening at Starbucks as the company announced its plans this week to lay off 900 employees and close hundreds of under-performing locations in the U.S. and Canada.

We're now learning that some of the stores closing are here in the Bay Area -- and they'll shutdown as soon as Sunday.

Starbucks has not released a full list of the impacted stores, but ABC7 has learned that Bay Area locations include two in Danville, one in San Ramon, and another in San Francisco.
