Richmond BART station reopened after power failure

RICHMOND, Calif. -- Train service at the Richmond BART station has been restored, according to BART officials.
At 5:03 a.m., BART announced that normal train service was restored and the power issues were resolved. The station closed around 4 a.m. because of a power failure.
