SF firefighters battle structure fire in Castro District

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco firefighters battled a two-alarm structure fire on the 100 block of Eureka Street near 18th Street in the city's Castro neighborhood on Friday.

Six people, including two children, are displaced.

The fire broke out around 11:30a.m.

Firefighters were able to get it under control.

There are no reports of injuries.

Officials are investigating an unconfirmed report about an individual possibly fleeing the scene, according to Lt. Jonathan Baxter in a Twitter video.
