SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The family of a missing San Francisco Uber driver was notified that his remains may have been found.

Family and friends have been searching desperately to find missing San Francisco father and husband Piseth Chhay.

Police say investigators along with a canine unit responded to a warehouse in Hayward after workers located what appeared to be human remains.

The warehouse is connected to Bob Tang, who is a missing person and a person of interest in Chhay's disappearance. Tang is believed to have fled the country to Cambodia.

He disappeared on Mother's Day. His car was found stripped in the Bayview, but beyond that, there was little for the family to go on.
