Roseville police went to a residence in west Roseville at 11:42 p.m. Saturday in response to a domestic violence report, Gunther said.
Officers contacted a woman with visible facial injuries from an assault and learned the suspect was a man she was dating. The woman declined medical assistance, Gunther said.
Police stopped DeJesus's vehicle on westbound Baseline Road near Fiddyment Road and arrested him without incident, Gunther said.
