SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- A Santa Clara police officer fired shots at a burglary suspect Friday morning.
The shooting occurred on Jefferson Street next to the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.

The suspect was not hit by the gunfire, but was arrested a short time later.
An investigation was underway into the incident.
