Search for suspect after 2 stabbed on Guadalupe River Trail in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Police are looking for the person who stabbed at least two people overnight in San Jose. Police say the attack happened on the Guadalupe River Trail.

This happened just after midnight. They were called to Woz Way for an assault with a deadly weapon. Two people were stabbed multiple times. Police searched for the suspect, but they couldn't find them. They were searching for several hours.

"Two victims were stabbed multiple times, suspect is outstanding. At this time the victims will have some recovery but it would be a non-life threatening injury," said SJPD Lt. Scott Johnson.

Police were asked about a description on the suspect and say they don't have much to go on right now.
